Pregnancy Services

The trauma, loss, and anxiety experienced on the journey to becoming pregnant does not end when you get your positive pregnancy test - pregnancy after infertility and/or loss can be a stressful, isolating experience. Now is the time to invest in your wellbeing ahead of your transition to becoming a parent.

I offer flexible one-to-one support options based on your individual needs - you may be looking for space to reflect on the impact your path to getting pregnant has had on you, emotional support to manage the experience of pregnancy after loss/infertility, practical strategies and techniques to manage worry and anxiety, or support in preparing for labour and the early days of parenting. You are in control of how our time is spent.

Our Growing Together Antenatal Group offers a space to connect with other mums-to-be who understand the unique challenges pregnancy following infertility/loss can bring. This online 6 week course is designed to help you understand the lasting impact infertility/loss can have, and to make your pregnancy as enjoyable an experience as possible.
